I’ve got this really great field very near my home, and it’s what I’ll use often for my petite sessions. This family lives right next to that field and they often see me bringing in other families. This time, it was their turn, and it was very convenient to walk right out the front door for their pictures. We’ve had a wild pig problem in our neighborhood–they come and dig up the yards. The dad in this fam is affectionately known as “Boss Hogg” as he was leading the fight against the pigs. He had night camera’s out and everything to figure out a way to catch them. It was fun to photograph their family love, and I was delighted to see the beautiful spring flowers to brighten the backdrop.

It was fun to also help them arrange and pick out their colors, I love what they chose.

Great shots! The colors look great !
You are brilliant! What a fun family.
Boy…you sure can get some great photos in a short session!
Lovely photos. Did you notice that Mrs. Boss Hogg likes your color combo of yellow and hot pink?
Thanks, Kristin! I love how “real” you make families look. I much prefer this to the smiling scarecrow look some people seem to end up with. Can’t wait to get these on my wall at home!
Oh my goodness- love these. The sweet piggy back picture is ADORABLE. And the colors that they’re wearing look so Spring-y!
LOVE.
I like the Picts that are opn, not posed. Looks like a fun family whose energy you have captured well. Great job!
