I’ve only done a handful of family sessions this season, I just don’t advertise, and will take them when they come. Mini sessions are my favorite because kids just don’t last much more than 15 minutes anyway! I was delighted to be able to photograph this family, as I got to take Lilly’s newborn pictures a year ago, and she GREW UP! Â His sister (a friend of mine out of state) gifted them the newborn session, and it pleased me to hear back from them on their own accord to schedule a session this year. I LOVE the colors they chose, and grateful they were willing to drive an hour on a weekday to meet up with me. I hope they find it was worth their efforts. I think we got some cuuute smiles from sweet Lilly, and happy family pictures, freezing this beautiful time in their lives. Oh, the bliss of just one young child.
None of my kids were full-on walking when they turned one, I always think it’s so cute to see such a little one toddling…running around! I’ll leave you with a handful of my favorites from the session.
