Warning: My little neice is so cute, you may just pinch yourself thinking she is really a doll. I was showing my friend these pics the other day and she gasped at her cuteness saying she needed to be a baby model. No joke. Besides that, she is THE calmest most mellow baby I have ever seen–and I’ve seen a lot of babies in my day!
Can you handle the cuteness?
My bro Kirk just moved his cute little family from Provo, Utah where they finished up BYU to Houston to start medical school. Yep, my second little bro to have doctor aspirations. He is 8 years younger than me, and though I feel like I only knew parts of him while he was growing up, I am enjoying getting to know him as adults. I have this really great picture of him holding my oldest. He was about 13 and really had no idea what to do with babies. Awkward may be an understatement.
But he has grown into the role of fatherhood quite swimmingly. His wife Rachel has been an amazing sister in law. They met in high school, and while he served a mission in Boise, she lived the college life and they found themselves happily together two years later (we were SO happy it worked out). A proposal on our family trip to Puerto Rico (where I got to take their engagement pics).
What we as a family love about them as a couple, is that my bro was a bit reserved before her, and she truly brought him to life. I think they are a perfect match.
My sis in law Rachel is compassionate, smart, giving, loves wearing fancy headbands, plays the picolo, her family lives in Belgium where she got me a crepe pan last year, allows me to pass down my baby girl clothes, and I’m so grateful to call her family. Man, I am BLESSED with the women my brothers married.
…and this little baby is surrounded by a lot of love.

Holy cow, that little girl is ADORABLE! I hadn’t seen pictures of her since she was born, so this was so much fun. GREAT photos! How fun to have another brother in Houston again. I didn’t know they were down there. Awesome!
