You might think this German Pancakes Recipe is for breakfast, but I make it OFTEN for my family for dinner! Easy Dinner idea

I’m sharing it as a great suggestion for Thanksgiving or Christmas morning in partnership with using Real Seal products.

Growing up, we had this meal for breakfast every Christmas morning. Or at least a few Christmas mornings, that’s all it takes for a kid to think it happened every year, right? I never knew until I was cooking for my family how EASY it is to put together! I’ve altered the recipe found in the church cookbook I’ve had for many years, to make it more hearty and thicken it up. I feel like if I serve it with fruit and a little protein on the side, it’s completely filling as a dinner meal.

Here is how puffed it is in the oven

Swedish Pancakes Recipe

I’ve heard it called Puff pancakes or Swedish pancakes, but to me, it will always be German pancakes.

This is one of the meals where I hear cheering from the kids when I make it, I just need to make sure I have enough eggs–9 for my family–to make it.

Some prefer the middle, I prefer the corner, I like a little crisp to my portion.  Using REAL SEAL butter, as well as the whipping cream to top it all off, I know it’s coming from pure sources.
