When I make resolutions for the year, it’s hard for me to focus on just one thing. I’ve seen people come up with “one little word” but I don’t know how to think that way. I’ve always got a running list in my head of goals to improve myself, which can be a lot, but I decided I wanted to have a list of things taped up on my bathroom mirror, to remind me of my list. I thought I’d share that with all of you, too.
It’s meant to be put together at anytime, being a GOALS sheet, not just for New Years Resolutions. I’ve got a blank copy for boys/girls as well as a prompt copy for boys/girls. I wanted this to be for both adults and kids, so it’s adjusted there, too.

For the wife category, I want to read more with my husband, as a mom, I want to scratch my kids backs more, as a sister, I want to call and text my siblings more, I want to eat 2 green veggies daily, and eat less sugar daily. You know, just reminders, not BIG things, but improvements.
