Friends! I’ve been in Alaska all week, enjoying some one on one time with my handsome hubby! A-L-A-S-K-A, can you believe it?!? It’s pretty stinkin’ exciting. Plus, hubby and I haven’t had more than a weekend trip away together for 6 years, so it was high time! I’m missing my babies, but they are having fun with my parents back in Texas. If you aren’t following me on Instagram, here are a few pics that I’ve shared on there of my week.
I planned this trip so I’d be gone on my birthday–which is tomorrow. I usually try to stay home on my birthday so I can play with my kids and friends and hubby, but this year, I just wanted something different. Tune in tomorrow (I know, it’s a Saturday) if you want to be a part of my celebration. I’d love it!

How wonderful to get away! Happy Birthday tomorrow – I have a July birthday too.
Love it! My husband & I REALLY want to go to Alaska… just struggling to find a time that works when we can stay long enough to see everything we want to see. (our 15 year anniversary is next month.. we really kicked around Alaska, but it’s just not going to work this year.)
