1 package of rolo’s
bunch of pretzels (I found holiday shapes)
1 package whole pecans
Place rolo’s on pretzels and bake on 350 for 3-4 minutes. Slightly melt the chocolate. Take out and press pecan to smash rolo.
This soup is a big crowd pleaser. Very hearty!
3 Tbsp. olive oil
1 Tbsp. margarine
Melt in pot
1 medium clove garlic (1/2 tsp.)
2 medium onions, chopped (I leave this out b/c I don’t like onions, put some onion salt in)
6-8 zucchini (chunks)
Saute till onions are clear. Add pre-cooked ground sausage (1 lb.) Cook 10 minutes.
2 (8oz) can tomato sauce
2 ( 15 oz) can of diced tomatoes
Simmer 15 minutes
4 oz. Monterey Jack cheese
4 oz. Longhorn cheese, grated
Simmer, covered, 10 minutes.
I use mostly Monterey Jack cheese and leave half to sprinkle in each bowl just before serving.
This is for 4-5 people, I double this for a group of 10.

Kristen’s Christmas Crunch
I make this every year and deliver to friends and teachers. I didn’t make it up, but since I’ve done it year after year, my friends associate this with me, so I named it after myself!
2 bags mint m&m’s
1 package while almond bark
1 bag stick pretzels
Melt bark in microwave about 2 minutes, stirring after 1 minutes. Mix in bowl with m&m’s and pretzels. Dump on a parchment lined pan and spread. Let it cool/harder, then break it up into pieces to put in bags. I often tie an ornamanet around the bag…my favorite being the silver bell.
