Last Friday I met her parents, 6 siblings, in laws, and nephews. Here are just a handful of portraits taken on the beach just before the sun went down.
My friend below with her husband and baby

My husband was there as my assistant and held one camera while I photographed with the other camera. I’d switch for lense purposes as needed. He had the idea to pull aside one of the boys to “hold the sun” as it set. Lucky for him, I already has the settings set for a silhouette, because this turned out awesome!
There are lots more, but I hope these will tide you over for a week until the rest are done.

You are very talented. Nice work. It is all beautiful. I just purshased myself a fun camera and I am a mommy on a mission to learn all about photography to take fun pictures of them. I love your work.
These are beautiful images! Shooting on the beach must have been a blast.
Again – beautiful! If you don’t mind, I would love to know these silhouette settings. I have an idea, but don’t know if there’s only one way to do them. You can email me, or comment over on my bloggie if that’s easier. Thanks!!!
