Say NO to Auto workshop in Austin and 4 cities this summer

I held a workshop last weekend in West Austin, near Lakeway (for those in the area). My friend Debbie asked me to come out there, and offered to help with arrangements and gathering her friends…how could I turn that down?  Debbie is the awesome seamstress behind La*Tee*Da*Kids that I worked with a year or so ago for a few modeling shoots of her clothing.  See here and here for those shoots (the first one is one of my fave’s of all time).  As we did introductions, a good handful said, “FOD” or Friend of Debbie. She’s the one in the pale yellow shirt next to me, I’m so grateful she helped me pull this one together!

I’m sure there are lots of very flattering images of me talking from one of those camera’s, as I was the subject of many test shots.

I’d love to have you attend one of the workshop’s I’m holding this summer. If you’re near:

Houston, TX

 Colorado Springs, CO

 Salt Lake City, UT

 Anchorage, AK

Then head on over to my workshop page and see if the dates and times work for you and contact me for your spot!

Had such a great time that morning learning all kinds of new stuff alongside so many friends. Love the camera bag sized book with your key points to keep referring to! Great job and of course we enjoyed the bonus time getting to lunch post workshop!

I may not have started out as a FOD, but I left one! Kristen, your tips and practical advice were great. After the workshop, I felt empowered to take great photos and now I’m excited to download the photos instead of cringing about all the missed shots. What I see with my eyes is now coming through on my images. So awesome. Thank you!
