I’ve always loved the concept of Dad being the biggest superhero, and in our home, that’s truly the case. I’m grateful for my husband, and all he does for me and our family, he truly is a superhero in my eyes, as well as our children. I saw a painted sign that talks about dad being a superhero, and I thought I’d put the cartoon superhero figures to work, (similar to the superhero lunch jokes I shared a few weeks ago) in the language of young boys (and even older), and thought it would make a great Father’s Day gift idea. You can frame it, or mod podge/paint it to wood.
Since I know some go by “dad” and some by “daddy” I’ve got both options. We did “daddy” for a long time, but at some point when the kids got older, it transitioned to “dad.”
