Maybe your kids need fruit in disguise, maybe you like a little extra “oomph” every once in a while. This souped up banana is a delight for breakfast, snack, or even dessert.

It’s a banana+peanut butter+granola+honey and if you want to make it more of a treat, a little nutella.

I used granola cereal because it’s what I had on hand, but you can also crumble up any granola bar.

slice any ole’ banana right down the middle, and slap on some peanut butter
Then drizzle on some honey…
…and sprinkle on the granola
…and if you’re really feeling naughty, slather on some nutella. Oh baby, the nutella/banana combo is one of my favorites!
Ultimate Banana Breakfast
1 banana
1 T peanut butter
1 T honey
1/3 cup granola cereal or bar crushed
1 T nutella
Directions:
Slice, slather, drizzle, sprinkle, enjoy

Wouldn’t you know that the kid in my house who likes bananas detests peanut butter? Such is the luck! Enjoy your treat.
