I got to photograph my friend Amy and her cute family in an urban setting. I love the colors she chose (I’m recently lovin’ summer yellow) and was excited to shoot in an urban setting in a new location. I photographed her fam last year in Utah in a different urban spot. Just 2 days before this shoot, I got to hang out with her fam at their home, so I think they felt comfortable with me already, so that helped. They are a well mannered, happy group of kids. I want my kids to be friends with them! I’m trying to talk her into a road trip on down here to Texas! I know she wants family pics in a field of cactus…
How about verticle (from the one above)? Don’t you just love her yellow shoes? I sure do. Somehow a pair ended up in my hands the next day.

beautiful pics – I LOVE the yellow shoes. It takes a certain kind of style to wear yellow, don’t you think?
I love the yellow and I also love people whose hair looks magnificently shiny and perfectly curled, so pretty. I have such fears about my kids getting older so I love seeing happy family photos with beautiful tweeners and their parents.
PS Will you just come dress me every morning?
