I used to work out an hour a day, now I’m lucky to do 5 minutes. I think I can compromise with 15 minutes. Â Sometimes I have an “all or nothing” mentality, meaning…if I can’t do a full hour like I want to…know I can…I’ll just do nothing. I’m going to change that with these exercises. I can do 15 minutes…every day, and so can you. HIIT is High Intensity Interval Training. The google definition is:Â Â a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time. I don’t know about you, but I love the phrase: Burns more fat in less time!
I’m going to be trying to incorporate these HIIT workouts into my weekly exercise routine. Join me!
