It’s funny how cliche it is to “reset” in January.Here, I’ve gathered 15 Healthy and delicious Breakfast Recipes to help you jumpstart your day and add variety! Personally, it’s not necessarily because it’s goal time with the new year, but because in December, I’m generally eating a whole lotta junk AND I’m so busy, I’m hardly exercising at all. That combo screams: “Reset! Reset!” I’m all about breakfast, I’ve always been a big fan of breakfast. I generally eat a piece of fruit at 5:15am when I head out the door each morning (to teach the youth Bible Study at church), and have my official breakfast between 7-8am. I like scrambled eggs, but I could use a little variety.

I just love a hot breakfast. Just planning ahead a bit will help. Oh, and those blueberry yogurt proteins bites up there…they are on my site, and one of the most popular recipes I have, people love them!
