Ingredients
  • 2.5 cups sugar
  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 3 tsp almond extract
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 cup flour
  • 1.5 cup chocolate chips (or more!)
  • 1 cup slivered almonds
  • 1 cup marachino cherries (or more! I like more)
  • 2 Tbsp chocolate chips to add drizzle to top
  • 1 container Yoplait Cherry Chocolate Almond Mix-Ins yogurt sprinkle chocolates on top
Instructions
  1. Mix sugar, butter and almond extract. 

  2. Add eggs and sour cream, mix well. 

  3. Mix in water. 

  4. Add baking powder, baking soda and salt, mix. 

  5. Add flour and mix well. 

  6. Fold in cherries, chocolate chips, almonds.  

  7. Butter/flour a bundt pan. Toss in some reserved cherries and chocolate chips at the bottom of the bundt pan, so they will be on top when inverted. Pour the batter into the buttered pan and bake at 325 for 1 hour or more. Test with a toothpick. 

  8. Rest for a few minutes in the pan before inverting and cooling on rack. 

  9. Drizzle top with melted chocolate (2 Tablespoons chocolate chips, 1/2 tsp. coconut oil melted 30 seconds on half power)

  10. Sprinkle Yoplait Cherry Chocolate Almond Mix-Ins on top
