In a large pot, cooke the gnocchi 2-3 minutes

Drain Gnocchi

In large skillet, head oil over medium heat and sauté peppers until tender (approx. 4 minutes)

Toss peppers into the pot with gnocchi

In empty skillet, cook and crumble sausage 8-10 minutes

Combine sausage, gnocchi, and peppers in skillet.

Add pesto and whole milk, toss gently to coat all ingredients

After heated through, toss pine nuts in with freshly grated Parmesan Cheese
