Glazed Chicken Teriyaki Skewers

Ingredients
  • 4 chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1-2 tsp. fresh ginger or 1/2 tsp. ginger powder
  • 2 minced garlic cloves or 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 c chopped green onions
Instructions
  1. Place chicken breasts in a gallon zip lock bag

  2. Combine all of the remaining ingredients in a bowl, stir to combine, and then pour over the chicken.

  3. Seal the bag and let the chicken marinade in the fridge for a minimum of on hour.  Overnight is best.

  4. Grill chicken until cooked through.
