Cream Cheese Drizzle

Instructions
Brownie Layer
Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
Measure tin foil in 9x13 pan, grease, and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, stir together the cocoa and baking soda.
Stir in 1/3 cup of the melted butter until smooth.
Stir in the boiling water until the mixture is smooth and thick.
Stir in the sugar and eggs with the remaining 1/3 cup melted butter.
Stir in the vanilla and salt until just smooth.
Dump in the flour and chocolate chips at the same time, and stir until just combined.
Spread the batter into baking dish.
Blondie Layer
Cream your butter and sugars.
Add egg and vanilla beating to combine.
Add flour, cornstarch, baking soda, salt then chocolate chips, mixing until combined.
Drop clumps of dough on top of the brownie mixture.
Drizzle Cream cheese layer over the top.
Place chopped cherries all over the top
Bake at 350 for 25 minutes or more, checking so it doesn't overcook.
