Cranberry Nut Cake Recipe

Moist and delicious and dense cake recipe filled with cranberries and pecans.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup Organic Sugar
  • 1 cup Organic Unbleached Flour
  • 2 cups Organic Fresh or Frozen Cranberries – do not thaw
  • 1/2 cup Organic Pecan Pieces
  • 1/2 cup Organic Butter melted
  • 2 Organic Cage free Eggs - beaten in advance
  • 1 teaspoon Organic Vanilla Bean Powder
Instructions
  1. ) Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease one 9 inch pie pan.
  2. ) Combine the flour, sugar, and salt. Stir in the cranberries and pecans, and toss to coat.
  3. ) Stir in the butter, beaten eggs, and vanilla powder.
  4. ) Spread the batter into the prepared pan.
  5. ) Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 40 minutes, or until a wooden pick inserted near the center comes out clean.
  6. ) Allow cake to cool
  7. ) Add caramel sauce and Enjoy!
