Season salmon with salt, pepper, and lime juice.

Cook Salmon fillets skin side down for 3-4 minutes, flip to the other side for 3 minutes and then peel the skin off.

Prepare mango salsa with frozen mangos, fresh avocados, 1 lime squeezed, and HEB citrus salsa.

Serve over brown, cooked rice and sprinkle with paprika
