I don’t know about you, but my kids LOVE eggs. At first, it was just plain old eggs, but we’ve recently been creeping in other extras into the eggs. Over the years, I’ve realized the health benefit of olives, and I was pleasantly surprised to see that my kids enjoyed the chopped olives in their eggs, like us! I used California Black Ripe Olives, and mixed them right in with the raw eggs before cooking.
My girls had fun playing with the black olives, too. If kids can play with food (help make the food) they are more likely to want to try new things.
