Landmark decade birthdays seems to call for deeper reflection, and warrants making a bucket list. Since I turn 40 next summer, I whipped up a 40th birthday bucket list of things I’d like to do before I turn 40.
I’m actually pretty excited about turning the big 4-0! I’ve had a little bucket list in my brain of things to do in the next year before I turn 40, but I thought it would be fun to make an actual printed list of 40 by Forty…and check it off as I go, and share them with you when I do!
I love life. It’s treated me well, despite whirlwinds and heartache at times. I believe whole-heartedly that we are given challenges to stretch us; To shape us into something beautiful, that can bless the lives of others if we allow it to.
Where to begin on making a list though? I’ve recently been thinking that I need to make a travel bucket list. How can I do that when I want to go everywhere??? But I really want to nail down 10-20 places that I REALLY want to go, so that I can start working towards it. That will wait…first the 40th birthday bucket list.
