Easy Strawberry Shortcake desserts gather the best of spring-time with one of my favorite fruits: strawberries! I used Entenmann’s® Little Bites® Strawberry Yogurt Muffins as my secret ingredient to make this SUPER easy! We could all use a snack that is assembled in no time, right? I love all the different flavors offered from Entenmann’s® Little Bites® and the strawberry yogurt flavor is right up my alley!  This flavor used to only be available seasonally, but now it’s available nationwide AND year round!
Growing up, my mom had strawberry wallpaper in the kitchen in several homes. It started with our first home in Houston, then when we moved to New Orleans, where she had to track it down to put it up in the new house, then when we moved back to Houston, and the kitchen walls beamed with strawberries then, too. Not just that, but strawberry dishes, mini tea sets, and all kinds of collectables graced our home. Together, we had a Strawberry Shortcake doll obsession, as well. So strawberries bring me joy for many reasons, not just their taste, they are just happiness to me and remind me of my childhood, and especially my mom. I’ve never met a strawberry recipe I haven’t loved.

Here is what you’ll need:
- Fresh strawberries
- Entenmann’s® Little Bites® Strawberry Yogurt Muffins
- Whipping Cream
That’s it! I simply sliced the muffins into 4 pieces, placed them in the bottom of my parfait dishes, cut up the strawberries, and added some whipping cream on top, and VOILA! a delectable dessert. My kid definitely didn’t complain, either.
