Get into the Christmas spirit by making this Holiday Mason Jar Lid Wreath, so simple and fun, the kids might want to help, too!
Hello, hello! I love the holiday season, it is my favorite time of year! I wanted to create something striking and unique for our front door this year and came up with this gorgeous Holiday Wreath. It was inspired by one that Jen from Tatertots & Jello posted for fall last year.
You only need a few materials that may even have laying around the house already!
Supplies:
about 25 mason jar lids
washi tape
twine
ribbon
Select a variety of colours and patterns of washi tape. I found the red tape at Michaels and the teal tape at Target.
Wrap the washi tape around each of the lids. I wanted to make sure that the tape was secure so I added a dab of hot glue to the ends of the washi tape to keep it in place. When all of the lids are wrapped use the twine to tie the lids together and embellish with ribbon.
Totally fun and festive right?!?! And seriously economical because I had all of the supplies in my crafting stash!
I have received tons of compliments on this wreath already.
