If you are looking for a fun fall treat, I have an easy and delicious recipe for you.  And using pre-made pie crust, these pumpkin hand pies are ready before you know it!

First, mix up a patch of the pumpkin cream cheese filling using the recipe below.  All you need is some pumpkin puree, cream cheese, and some ingredients you likely always have on hand. Once that is done, you lay out the pie crust and cut it into squares.  Place a dollop of the pumpkin mixture on one square and then top it with another square of pie crust.  Pinch the edges together with a fork and poke a few holes in the top for venting.  Then, voila! They are ready to bake!  So easy and delicious!

Once they come out of the oven, you can enjoy them as is or glaze them with an easy and delicious three ingredient cinnamon glaze.
