Grab some chicken and your instant pot, because I’ve got a bunch of Instant Pot Chicken Recipes to share today. When I’m in a rush for dinner time, grabbing some frozen chicken is often the first thing on my mind. I JUST got my instant pot, and I’ve been needing to look up some recipes to use it with, so I thought I’d share with all of my friends out there what I found!

Most of us love chicken, right? It’s easy to keep a bag of frozen chicken in the freezer, and there are so many different ways to cook it. When I heard you could cook frozen chicken in 6 minutes in the instant pot, I was like…..wowzers, I’m in! One of my goals for 2017 is to cook with flavor. Yep, I’ve been married 17 years, and I still haven’t figured it out. Actually, I used a lot of canned and jarred sauces before, and I’m wanting to use more spices now, and it takes a change in the way of thinking. Below, I’ve got a mixture, but all of them using the instant pot, my new favorite device.

  1. I’ve tried the Thai one and did not have have good results. The sauce scorched on the bottom of the pot, and the noodles never got soft. I was excited because it’s the same ingredients of a skillet dinner that I make often, but it didn’t save any time in the instant pot. I’ll stick to making it the regular way.

  2. This looks so good!!! I’m totally putting it on my menu for the week.

  3. I love your recipes, they are the best!
