Blueberry Yogurt Protein Bites are delicious, healthy, and made with just four ingredients.

It’s seem like getting a good amount of protein is all the rage these days. I know I’m getting my protein wherever I can, and trying to cut back on sugar as well. I’ve got a little healthy treat to share today.  Blueberry Yogurt Protein Bites!  These yogurt bites are packed with protein and delicious blueberry goodness!

Blueberry Yogurt Protein Bites

I am a Real Seal Ambassador this year.  What that means is that I’ll share some posts that include Real Seal Dairy products. It’s something I love anyway–delicious dairy! With this recipe, I used yogurt. We are yogurt obsesseed at my house. Actually, I think I am the one that has the most difficult time with yogurt as is, but I liked it in this frozen form with these protein bites.

Real Seal states: The naturally-occurring calcium in milk is more readily absorbed by our bodies than the calcium that has to be added to milk substitutes . In many of these imitation beverages, the calcium settles to the bottom and you would need the equivalent of a hardware store paint shaker to suspend the calcium.

What I did was mix just 4 ingredients:

  • plain Yogurt
  • raw honey
  • fresh blueberries
  • slivered almonds

4 ingredient protein bites

It’s really as simple as mixing up the first two ingredients ’til blended, then folding in the last two. Actually, breaking up the fresh blueberries is encouraged.

  19. hi there,
    Would love to try these!
Quick question…do they melt as you eat them? Is this a “eat quick” snack because they are frozen and will melt in your hands??

Do you store in the fridge or freezer?

    Ok, a couple questions 😉

    • Kristen Duke says:

Yes, I store in the freezer, and they melt semi-quick, I take out about 5-7 at a time and eat them in under 10 minutes!

  20. Look’s Great! Love to eat cakes, but it’s too hard when u are on a diet 🙁

  24. I am one of the people who love frozen stuff. The combination of blueberries and yogurt sounds perfect. Thank you for the recipe! I will surprise my niece with a delicious treat.

  25. Kate Carrillo says:

2tbs of honey in 250gm of yogurt is about 10gms of sugar per 100gms, off the top of my head. That’s still a bit high in sugar to be called a healthy choice. It should be half that.

  26. These ice cream forms are super cute <3

  27. these look so yummy! can’t wait to try them!
