Healthy Chicken Marinade

I’m always looking for a Healthy Chicken Marinade when I grill chicken, this one has delicious limes, cilantro, honey, and olive oil mixed together.

This Healthy Chicken Marinade is easy to just throw in the ingredients without measuring, but I’ll give you something to guide you for your first time. I love honey. It’s natural, and thought it has sugar, look for organic honey like The O Organics® line to add some sweetness. I like to marinade in a large plastic bag. If you do it a few hours in advance, it will meld together nicely in the fridge. Perfect summer grilling recipe, easy clean up, too!

I used Open Nature® Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts from Randalls. Prepping the meat, and grilling is the perfect meal for the summer.

Healthy Chicken Marinad

Ingredients

4 Open Nature® Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
1/2 cup O Organics® honey
1/2 cup O Organics® olive oil
2 squeezed limes
1/2 cup fresh cilantro

Instructions

Place all ingredients in a plastic zip bag, and mix around. Marinate 1-5 hours.
