These scrumptious pumpkin pie squares are so easy, the base is a cake mix! My teenage friend Kaylee shared it with me, a favorite of their family, a dessert they make over and over in the fall. I can see this quickly becoming a Duke Family favorite, as well!

I love pumpkin flavored treats. One of my favorites are these moist pumpkin bread muffins, sometimes I add in chocolate chips and craisins, sometimes they are just plain and still delectable.

As I mentioned, the base of this is a cake mix, yellow. Just like the blackberry cobbler a.k.a. dump cake recipe I shared a few years ago. SO SIMPLE!
