It’s Christmas Eve, and our family is driving back from an adventure in Taos, New Mexico where we got to play in the SNOW! If you follow me on Instagram, you may have seen all of the stuff I posted on the Instagram stories (the hidden part where you have to click on my profile picture there, and it erases after 24 hours). I was definitely over-gramming there, but because it erases, I feel ok with it, you know? I’d love to hear if you were watching, and if you are still clueless, I’m happy to help you figure it out. When I knew we’d be in snow, I decided to pack along our Christmas Jammies, with HOPES that we could take them in the snow. When we first got to the house we rented (more on that later) there was no snow on the ground, but 2 days later, it came pouring down, and I sqeeled with delight and busted out the buffalo plaid. I’ve loved this pattern for years, and it’s so popular now, I worry I’ll get sick of it, but I was happy that Target had them in family sizes…companies are finally getting the clue that we want matching Christmas Jammies for families! I had to make them a few years ago. Anyway, here we are…I had my tripod without a remote (I need to find a new one, any suggestions) so ran back and forth for a few pics. My only bummer about this method is no candids really. I tried, at the end. Anyway, Merry Christmas to all, I’ll share more details about our NM trip next week!
Here are a bunch of pics in no particular order. If you want to see a little video of how it all came together, scroll to the bottom!
Do you have a favorite? I can’t help but love them all, it’s hard to pick!
Now for a behind the scenes video…It’s a tad lengthy, so not for the faint in heart…haha! (refresh in a bit if it doesn’t show up)
