Hi. I am Nicole. Family photographer in Denver and all around good time……Thanks so much for stopping by, I was so excited when Kristen emailed me and asked me to collaborate on her decorating with pictures series. It is something that is near to my heart because. photographer.
I will keep it very visual. I just love the idea of mixing art, numbers, words with photos. It brings this sense of cohesiveness as well as visual stimulation. It really can showcase the works of art.
A little back story on our home. It was an abandoned foreclosure that we had been slowly fixing up. My husband who is in the military got sent off to Washington state for 6 months-so progress has halted, but will be finishing many projects soon!
Enjoy this mini-tour of my home & don’t mind the lack of baseboards 🙂
First off is my daughter’s room. I used her canvas to mix with art.
Next up is my son’s room. I used a canvas to mix with his bookshelves. I love the way it turned out 🙂 [ sorry for the bad lighting-it was tough this day being so dark and snowing this day ]
And lastly, a collage in my kitchen that I put together using numbers, metal art, and words.
Enjoy! And thank you SO much Kristen for putting this series together. It is such a neat series and I love seeing everyone’s ideas!!!!
Thank you, Nicole, what a gorgeous space! Love how you’ve included so many great family photos.
